Donations received in August and September 2015

In addition to our fundraising activities, we are hugely grateful to the following supporters of the branch who have made donations in August and September:
  • Kyle Warner who ran the Edinburgh Marathon and raised £665.25 on our behalf;
  • Hazel & Douglas Johnston who celebrated their 60th Wedding anniversary and asked party guests to make donations in place of presents and raised £1,010.00 for us;

National Welfare Campaign: Having MS is Enough

The MS Society launched a new campaign on 14th September about the impact changes in welfare benefits have on people with MS and they want to hear from people affected by MS.

You can join the campaign and make your voice heard by clicking on the link to take you to the National Website.

They want to hear from you!

Craic @ Crieff

Due to reducing attendances, we have sadly decided to stop running our monthly meeting group at the Visitor Centre in Crieff.

We would like to thank Lorraine and Davie Clark for setting the group up and for supporting it over the last two years.

Our last meeting for the group will be held on Friday 25 September.

Quiz Night News

The branch Quiz night at the Moncrieffe Arms Hotel on 7th October raised an excellent £354. The winning team of ladies from Bankfoot won by a wide margin and put the rest of to shame.

Thanks as ever go to our quizmaster Ian McLaren and to Alison Cummings for organising the event.
