Quiz Night - Burning Embers Blaze a Trail

Burning Embers with Acting Chair Heather McQueen
Our quiz night was another great success with local quizzers Burning Embers rekindling their success of two years ago. Congratulations to them!

Quiz master Ian McLaren was in his usual good spirits and the questions a mix of easy, challenging and cryptic. Every year there's a curved ball and this year we had crossword style clues for sweeties. All good fun

The raffle was popular again too and the final total was £312 raised. This is all down to the hard work of our Secretary Alison Cummings - to whom we are truly grateful.

Bev Dott's Santa Run Challenge

Please join us in supporting member Bev Dott raising funds by running in the Perth Santa Run on 6th December.

Use the link to click on Bev's JustGiving page where she tells her own story. She's had more than MS to contend with and as well as looking after her family she's been keeping fit and has decided she going to take part in the Perth Santa 5 km run in aid of MS Scotland.

Please show Bev your support and appreciation in her fundraising efforts.

Dot Turner and Dobbies Meetings

After 6 years organising our meetings at Dobbies in Perth, Dot Turner has decided to step down from this role and we couldn't let the moment pass without letting her know how much her idea has meant to the branch. Dot, together with Fiona Crammond, came up with the idea of setting up a meeting group in a coffee shop, where folk could just come along and enjoy a chat and since then Dot has been doing the organising.
